Acapulco Night Clubs by Type
Acapulco has one of the best nightlife scenes in the world. The action really
gets going around 1 AM - an hour in the U.S. only an hour away from the time one is unceremoniously kicked out into the street. Acapulco clubs are open all
night, typically until about 5 or 6 am giving you ample time to meet new, totally intoxicated
people.
There are three main "party areas" in Acapulco. The Condesa is Acapulco's
Hotel Zone hot spot and most obvious with such favorites as BarbarRoja, Baby Lobster
Bar, Mojito, and Disco Beach. Las Brisas boasts Acapulco's big, high-end discos
where shorts and sandals definitely won't be welcome. Palladium, Mandara, Classico
del Mar, and Sky Garden are some of the hippest options in the area. From La Quebrada
along the oceanside stroll to the Sinfonia and beyond is another place to party the night away
in Acapulco. After dark, the streets fill with locals who park their cars, crank
up their music, and break out the cerveza. A handful of small bars dot the landscape,
but it's mainly BYOB.
With a few minor exceptions, the rest of Acapulco's nightlife can be found scattered along
the Costera, Acapulco's main drag, running from salsa club Copacabana all
the way to El Alebrije at the end of the Golden Zone and then down the winding Scenic Highway to the handful of offerings in Acapulco Diamante.
If you're in the mood for a party, you've come to the right place.
