What is la problema? Muy dificil a casa o sus padres absent? As a Filipino, I strongly suggest both parents stay home, teach your children, debate about politics, eat, enjoy arranging your rooms, and most of all, each other. Why bother going to a school, whose school administration is most likely...

There is a way to get rid of the Cartels, and make a ton of money for the US. Legalize drugs. Once the risk of arrest is removed, the prices drop, the product would be made or grown in the US, and there would be no more money for the Cartels.

It is the first duty of any government to make sure that the populace has safe drinking water and that it is a steady supply. Image what the tourist think, the government makes sure the water runs to the hotels, but not the general populace. Then they wonder why men like Marcos arise.

I hate that this happened to the hotels. I'm quite sure they have some absolutely beautiful pools. My friend was considering going to Acapulco that weekend but he stayed at one of the hotels that had a above ground pools kansas city area instead and he said really enjoyed himself. I'm sure he's...

Wow, so sad to hear about all the violence in Zi. In was there about 25 years ago and may go back next year on our anniversary (25). Many cities in the US are extremely violent too. Guess you need to be cautious in Mexico, America, Europe or anywhere else. Hope it gets better soon.

Costa Rica sucks... among the lamest nations in Latin America. Anyhow, you can generally tell the police to piss off and they almost always will if the situation looks like its going to be a big hassle. You need to practice a bit of Spanish, a few keywords will get your point across, try...
