One of the liveliest and most festive clubs in Acapulco’s nocturnal scene is Club Circulos. The place is very modern, with minimalist décor and comfortable surroundings, with dim light and sofas and day beds that create the atmosphere of a modern lounge. The music -- often from a live cover band -- will be top 40 with a few oldies, in both English and Spanish. Music videos are projected on several screens. Wednesdays are the special night for movies and snack. Thursdays and Fridays are given over to live rock, and Saturdays, live music, mainly pop. The small cover charge entitles you to two beers. The crowd is mainly in their twenties. Prices are affordable, but the place is not casual. Shorts and sandals will not cut it here. Opens at 9 pm and keeps going until noon the next day.
