El Capullo

Caletilla is a busy beach on the west side of Acapulco bay. There a visitor will find El Capullo on the seaside, under a palapa roof. El Capullo offers the freshest of seafood, prepared in accordance with local southern Mexican recipes. Sopes, fish tacos and fish quesadillas are favorites of the veteran beachgoers. The “talla,” a fish that is filleted, seasoned, chili-marinated and then broiled, is perhaps the most famous item on the menu.
