Hours:

Cuisine:
American Cuisine This extension of the omnipresent Hard Rock Cafe franchise opened in 1989. It has all the classic trappings of a Hard Rock Cafe with walls plastered with musical memorabilia from the likes of Pete Townsend and Peter Frampton. If you are a Cat Stevens fan, you can sit right next to his dashiki. The food is great (if you like American food) and it’s the only place in town one can get a real chicken fried steak. Hard Rock Cafe and Wal-Mart are just about as close as you can get to the USA while you are in Acapulco. Local live acts play from 10 or 11 at night most Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

I GIVE IT A LOUD THUMBS UP
Perhaps, the music is played several decibels too loud. So much so that table conversations are comprised mainly of “what?” “what was that?” and "what?” Needless to say, this is not the place to go for a first date if you’re hoping to win over your companion with your conversational skills.
That said, Hard Rock Café remains pure Americana and I give it a loud thumbs up. They have a souvenir shop for those of you that can’t leave town without a Hard Rock Cafe Acapulco shirt to prove you were here.
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.
