The Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco, also called the Fiesta Americana Condesa (or just Fiesta Americana), is a modern, top-shelf hotel and resort property in the “Golden Zone" of Acapulco, on the Costera Alemán. The south side of the property comes down to the beach of Acapulco Bay. The company also operates a hotel farther east (away from downtown) on the Costera Alemán called “Fiesta Inn Acapulco”. It is important not to confuse one with the other. The same owners and operators have opened the “One Hotel” (in 2008), which is yet farther east on the Costera Alemán.

The Fiesta Americana has a large and loyal following of vacationers who come to Acapulco annually and stay in the hotel. This property is located in the “beach bar” part of town, just up the Costera from the Diana traffic circle and convenient to several restaurants, clubs and shopping centers. The hotel was built in 1971 and completely renovated in 2007. The marbled lobby is wide and open to the sea breeze. Guests are welcomed by a fountain and pool in the center and contemporary rattan furnishings. Studio rooms, suites and villas all have marble flooring and a private patio or balcony. Most have a nice view of the bay. The resort pools are on a deck above the beach level, just below the lobby level. From there sunbathers can catch a great view of the shoreline or take the steps that lead down to the beach for a closer look.
