Bar Barcelona

The Barcelona Bar, known by its nickname "BCN" (the airport code for Barcelona), is a lively nightspot on Cristóbal Colón, the main avenue in Costa Azul, just a couple of blocks from the Costera. It opens every day from 1 pm to 1 am, and serves wonderful wines, cold draft beer (light and dark), sangría, and cocktails of all kinds. On Fridays and Saturdays after 9 pm they serve complimentary tapas with your beverage of choice. This is a great place to watch a sporting event, and on weekends a talented singer-guitarist sings your favorite "boleros" and "trovas" -- the traditional sentimental songs so popular in Mexico and Spain. BCN is a great location for a small gathering of friends for conversation or an informal celebration.
