International Cuisine

The term “International Cuisine” (cocina internacional) has no inherent meaning but is usually a euphemism for dishes that can not be described as an ethnic cuisine (like Mexican, Italian, French, etc.) or restaurants offering a variety of cuisines on the same menu.
