There is one thing that makes the Hotel Toruga worth a look
given the stiff competition. It's location. If you've come to Acapulco to party
and are on a budget, perhpas the Hotel Tortuga would be a perfect fit. It is
located right across the the street from the main party places in the
Condesa. You'll naver have to worry about forgetting where your hotel is after a
drunked foam party a Disco Beac, that much is sure. It was built in 1974 and has
252 room on 7 floors. It's decor is bright and colorful.
