Internet CafesThere are internet cafes pretty much everywhere. You really can't lose. Some are better than others in the price, comfort, and speed category.
One tip, this symbol "@" oh so important if you want to send an email is called an arroba (pronounced ah-row-bah) . Spanish keyboard layouts are a bit different than the English sort. While it's never been easier to make an "ñ" (pronounced en-yhey) finding an arroba can be a challenge. So if using the control key in combination with another key is difficult for you, you should at least know how to look up at the attendant and ask... "la arroba" in you most helpless sounding tourist-in-need voice. |
