Señor Frog’s is a chain of rowdy and very fun restaurant bars located all over
Mexico with a few scattered locations in the Caribbean and even one in the U.S.
Whether it’s a restaurant or a bar, this a good place to get stumbling drunk with
a group of amigos in a friendly environment. Senor Frogs Acapulco has a spectacular
view, but it’s quite a bit smaller than many of its counterparts around Mexico.
It is located in the Las Brisas area off the pedestrian non-friendly Scenic Highway.
Drink are reasonably priced and so is the food and you can probably have a good time here with food and drinks for less than $50.
I usually start out with some tequila shots before slowing down with a Michelada
Cubana which is beer with lime juice served in a salted glass with a spicy mixture
of Worcestershire, Maggi Sauce and Tabasco or Valentina thrown in to give it some
kick.
Restaurant closes at about 1:00am. Bar, much, much later.
A classic Mexican party spot, but make sure you pick a weekend as that weekdays
can be dead.
