Le Bistroquet

Le Bistroquet is perhaps Acapulco's finest French restaurant, both for the high quality of its cuisine and for its excellent service. The tables are set in an elegantly appointed terrace garden. Guests are invited to take advantage of one of the best wine cellars in town. The menu of Le Bistroquet has all the items to be expected of a classic French restaurant, escargot or garlic-infused shrimp, followed salads of all sorts, or lobster bisque or the onion soup gratinée, considered de rigueur at a fine French restaurant. The main dishes at Le Bistroquet include creations across the spectrum, from fish to veal, to beef, poultry, pork and lamb. Le mousse au chocolat is Le Bistroquet's coup de grace. For a particularly festive evening, ask the wine steward to recommend a wine to pair up with each course.
