Kookaburra

Perched high on the mountainside that ascends the east side of the bay, Kookaburra has a privileged vantage point for viewing all of Acapulco below. The dining terrace is lit exclusively by candles, for a romantic ambiance. The food is a clever mixture of French, American and Mexican influences. Guests may have seafood fresh from the ocean or a steak, or perhaps one of several dishes prepared with French style, but based on Mexican traditional recipes.
