As a hotel restaurant, Bambuco is open for three meals a day. However, it is most well-known for its Sunday evening paellas. Diners come here for authentic Spanish cuisine, made with the freshest of ingredients and according to traditional Spanish recipes, especially those from the coastal provinces, where seafood is plentiful, as it is in Acapulco. Guests can choose to sit in the open air, overlooking Condesa Beach, or inside in the air conditioning. Service is friendly and very attentive.
