If you are among those who prefer tropical beats or enjoy dancing to a good salsa, Ninas is the perfect place for you. Ninas is a “salsa club,” but there is more than that there. Each night you will find something different, either a show or a live band or something else new. Ninas is one of Acapulco’s best clubs for dancing cumbia, salsa, meringue, mambo, rumba, and bachata. If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican night out, you’ll find that at Ninas the crowd is very local, and of all ages from the thirties to the sixties. Always go early on weekend evenings, as the club fills up rapidly. Ninas is easy to find, as it is on the Costera near the Convention Center (on the bay side of the avenue). The cover includes an open bar, and costs about US$20, depending on the exchange rate. Ninas opens at 10:00 pm every night, except Mondays, when they are closed.
