As the name suggests, La Cantada Bar is a place where you can go and take a turn at singing if you wish. Opened in 2007, La Cantada Bar has quickly become Acapulco’s favorite “canta bar” – an upscale version of karaoke. The furnishings are comfortable, upholstered chairs and sofas. The view from the large glass windows out towards the bay is gorgeous. This is the place to come with good friends and have a blast, celebrating and enjoying your favorite songs. Give in to that urge to let the great singer within you be free for an evening. La Cantada has countless tracks, in both English and Spanish. The latest in Karaoke equipment can even transpose the tracks into your best key. It's phenomenal fun. The crowd is usually in the mid-twenties, to mid-thirties, with several above that. This club is elegant and upscale, and dress needs to be on the stylish side. La Cantada is in the Pergolas shopping area, right at the beginning of the Scenic Highway, just east of the Naval Base in the Joyas de Brisa Mar development.
